What I don't, and have never understood is this

Why is everything always Doncaster's fault? Do you really think that it is up to him if we make any signings at the moment?

I have NEVER got why he gets so much stick. The whole thing about his wage makes me laugh, you really think that a director at a multi million pound company doesnt get paid a massive wage?
