I will be thoroughly disappointed if they don't pull it off

Having spoken to Poles recently there's a real buzz about having been awarded the tournament - a sense of prestige. And if the respective goverments/FAs of Poland and Ukraine don't manage it, it won't be for lack of popular support. It's all about manpower; seeing as there are about 8 or 9 stadiums to be built, and given the vast amount of infrastructure going up in Poland at the moment, I think they're struggling to find the workers for it all. There's been talk in the Polish press of the government recruiting tens of thousands of Chinese to come over, but I can't see it happening myself.
