I'd be intrigued to hear about how you got into the industry, how you approached it, what you've found most useful / successful in getting to where you are.
I have to say that the design side of things, certainly functionality (or usability, if you like!) and aesthetics are points that interest me more than coding. Clearly, you have to build the front-end stuff on solid back-end foundations, but the creative side of things is the more appealing part to me.
