thats what pissed me off about being very active
I have on a low carb diet, and temporarily its enough for me until the right weight to balance both out
The problem with that programme is it ignored many aspects of things
Peoples lifestyles make it very hard to stablise weight
The reason I put weight on is because I was never told to eat properly as a child, as swimming 8 times a week meant I needed all the food I could get
Its up to me to learn to eat properly I know, but I have never lost weight by exercise
I also have back injuries, and a quick run or game of footy isn't the easy option for me, it has to be something else
The only thing I suppose I regret is that I stopped exercising as I started the low carb diet, and I would have lost tonnes more if had carried on (which is another story, I might start that dilemma on a new thread sometime :) )
