Its an idea, had that thought a while ago.

The chance has probably gone now, but when we started the first development we could have got a decent amount for the ground.
Find a sponsor and build a new one.........

However, that may have generated cash, but would it destroy the soul?
I'm happy to stay at carrow, even if it is a missed opportunity,
