Ref last night

Generally very good, had to send Drogba off. But one thing that he and the linos weren't good at was working out who should get the throwin/whether it was a corner or goal kick. I reckoned Chelsea should have had another 3 corners (not that it makes much difference because the top teams are so well organised defensively at corners - take note, Shackell) and I lost count of the throw ins that went the wrong way.

They should have a TV official calling the corner/goal kick thing, it's got ridiculous. The players don't help because they all appeal all the time for everything and curse the ref whatever. (In my 13 year old's school team, anyone who appeals for a put in when it isn't theirs is dropped for the next match - excelllent attitude from the coach.)
