Techfaces

We have a client who is trying to set up his email on his Blacberry.

It's not working - is there anything specific to be done re: set up on a mobile device?

I have set up so that any emails he receives on his machine are left on the server for two days - so they ARE there for collection.

It's a standard POP3/SMTP account. There is nothing in the preferences for his online control panel to change parameters for receiving emails from his account.

Any ideas?
