Yes they are if it goes aabbccddeeffgg - it's one of the sonnet forms

Not as common as ababcdcdefefgg I'll grant you but Shakespeare did use this (if I recall correctly)

Oh and hendecasyllables are quite acceptable in pentameter which this approximates
