...had my Amex cloned last couple of months. Rang them up and alerted them to the fraudulent transactions. They cancelled them and credited my account - net result no cost to me and not even any inconvenience except for one ten-minute phone call. Very impressed (and a hoooge contrast to calling up Barclays, for example....)
