Depends on sizes od semi-circles

Imagine the 4 teams were N, S, E & W

and the ropes got pulled due north, by enough to mean the team at the south had got pulled out of it semi crcle

if the ropes hadn't moved along the E / W axis at all, and if OG's semi-circles were 'wide' enough, then they could still be in.

(Obviously North would have presumably left their semi circle, but in a 'winning' direction. So only South would be eliminated.)
