We offer a fairly good chance of Premiership football next season and, with us traditionally being a 'stepping stone' club, players must see the chance to get themselves in a decent shop window?

Every player that signs says the same things: "I saw Norwich a few times on telly last season, they like to get the ball down and play football the right way", "As soon as I saw the training facilities I knew I made the right choice", "It's a way from home, but is a lovely place to live".

Surely a move to Norwich is a fairly sensible one for a footballer?
