Sugar: 14.9g/L Marlborough Aroma: Rose/petals, Turkish delight and cloves, with a whiff of honey mead Palate: Medium to full bodied wine with spicy and floral flavours and a smooth broad finish Cellaring: Will reward careful cellaring, through the development of bottle age complexities. However, the wine is already drinking well and should peak by late 2008. Suggested Foods: Will match spicy Thai and Chinese food, and serve as an accompaniment to many desserts, or even after-dinner cheese
