not sure, but i think in there you'll find an option to print hyperlinks. As a last resort, remove all formatting from the hypertext (right click and choose 'remove hyperlink' and then select and press ctrl-n) and then reapply the formatting as you want it.

Hard to say more without seeing the actual problem.
