One thing, Gitters. You have Sky/Cable, yes? Then you don't really have to worry about digital TV reception via your aerial - much of the time you won't even be using your aerial.

Unless, that is, like me, you want to also use the signal from your aerial to watch/record terrestrial TV. If you do, then the important thing is, do you already have a digital receiver connected to your aerial? A digital receiver might well be bundled up inside a "digital TV", for a freeview set-top box.

If you do already have one, and it works, you don't need to worry about setting up your new TV - it'll work.

If you don't, then you might find your aerial isn't up to the job. That's probably when you reach for the Yellow Pages and get a Man in.
