Er, whoops.
Please accept my thanks for taking the time to respond to the concerns of mongs like myself (although many were more mong like) and dealing with the situation in a very polite and considerate way in the end.

Your comments were much appreciated and have ended any lingering upset I may of had.

I fully admit to being a bit of a mong the last few days, but in my defence it was Hucks.
As you clearly know the guy is a little bit special, and thinking of the fact he's not here anymore still brings me close to a mini blub.
