As a counter to Suggs' thread below, favourite NCFC XI?

Not necessarily the best one, but players who put a smile on your face, or filled you with joy to see their names on the teamsheet, whatever:

1. Robert Green - good at winding up the Binners, for one

2. Ian Culverhouse - what's not to like?

3. Mark Bowen - I was tempted to go with Pape Diop for comic effect but Bowen was just too good, really.

4. Ian Crook - I remember Arsenal fan Dominic Streeter, in Mr Sergeant's form at school, taking the piss out of me for weeks when I raved about Crook could pass accurately over 50 yards nearly every time.

Then he saw Chippy, shut up and we both took the piss out of Mr Sergeant for looking like Splinter from the NINJA Turtles instead.

5. Malcolm Mackay - for THAT goal against Wolves. Incidentally, has that chap still got his banner?

6. John Polston - I just liked his face.

7. Ruel 'Foxy' Fox - I remember talking to a Spurs fan about players we'd sold, and he said "You can have Fox back." I think we had Ged Brannan there at the time. Fox didn't come back.

8. Youssef Safri - good player, good song. Wish we'd kept him.

9. Craig Bellamy - always, always worth watching. Helps poor African children too, so definitely a top bloke. Someone I'd really like to meet.

10. Dion Dublin - once headbutted Robbie Savage right in his stupid c**t's face. And scored that goal against Shay Given. Did some good s**t in a Norwich shirt, too.

11. Darren Huckerby - just brilliant. Miss him already.
