Next-door-but-one's s**tarse is getting a bit cocky now, walking along our wall and that. Not that I mind, but Mrs AB is furious.

I keep telling her, the only way is a high powered water pistol from toys are us, and create a sniper's nest in the spare room, but she looks at me like I'm not right.
