It's not that bad!

I never really had a lot of hassle - the worst thing that happened to me was that some scally tried to steal my phone, and I over-powered him.

And SCC or Brandonio will verify for you that I'm a pretty weedy bloke so it's no big deal, really. All you need is common sense.
