The problem he has created for himself

is that he has managed in the space of 24 hours to completely erode a large propoertion of the goodwill there was out there towards him and its not because of the decision he has made but its largely to do with the way he has gone about it. If we get off to a bad start next season what goodwill he has left will not last long.
