He definitely has the s**ts with a few players after this afternoon's effort and may be looking at replacing them too, at least as first team players.

My usual expectation for a season is 7th to 10th, but next year 10th to 15th may be a better target. In reality we can't make any sort of prediction as the team and squad will change beyond any recognition. It's going to be....exciting.
