But i'll bow to your knowledge as i've never investigated.
I reckon they do stick to it, all on my course were done by a camera (mostly the same one) and nothing under 36 in a 30.
I doubt they'd do you at any less, far to easy to argue it was the speedo in court.
System would get bunged up with people challenging 1, 2, 3 miles over as speedo errors, saying it was almost impossible to tell if you are that little over etc.
