No it wasnt it was Roeder changing the formation that was my problem...

As for Gibbs, Roeder picks the team. Noone in carrow road had a paddy about him - just comments that Gibbs didnt look up to it on meassage boards cos he played crap.

I think he could become a decent player, but at the moment is lightweight and we havent seen much from him.
