To elaborate

We need some creation in midfield, which Fozzy is supposed to offer (as far as I can see). This is does averagely, thus I suggest we keep him, but certainly look to bring someone else in who can do this job better. As for Pattison, I think Russell does the bustling/defensive midfield job better, so again I say keep him for competition. What I don't like is the way we've relied too often this season on three central midfielder playing in a 4-man midfield. We definitely need more balance on the wings.
