GR only options to turn the club around involved his connections to bring in Prem loan players.

The upside is we get some great young players in.

The downside is something that probably will never be talked about.

GR knows that next year he will once again have to dip
into the loan market.
With 7 subs it will be harder to get quality.
He needs to keep the prem clubs happy by giving playing time to the loan players.

Even though its denied im sure there are some agreements reached about playing time befeore players agree to join.

I think its obvious that some of the selections/ formations were not ideal.
Especially after he brought in the last crop of loan players.

GR had to balance loan playing time with getting results.
It was most evident when we were talking about possible playoff contention and looked safe.

Its a very difficult balancing act that GR has to perform.
He wants the prem clubs to keep sending him the young talent but might not field the exact team he wants for the whole 90 minutes.

GR needs the cash over the summer to bring in some quality players.
Our finishing up front has been pretty poor.
