What penalties are non-British driving licence holders liable for is they are caught
speeding in the UK? I have a very nervous Indian contractor sat opposite me at the moment who is already reeling from the fact that he has already been shafted for £35 just for the privilege of his car hire company informing him he has been nabbed speeding on the North Circluar...
