If you play with friends or have young children, Wario Ware is great fun! Brilliant when drunk.

Super Mario Galaxy and Zelda are musts and are both bloody brilliant.

Pro Evo 5 I think is a great footie sim and the Wii controls make it different from the rest too.

And make sure you stock up on plenty of Virtual Console points so you can download lots of classics. You'll need a classic controller, first though.
