Neither of them are great courses IMHO

but they are not bad and if you are taking it up as a beginner are probably good places to learn to play. Bawburgh also a good club to join when starting out and the pro there (Chris Potter) is a good bloke. Think Dunston Hall is also quite cheap and good place to learn although gets busy when the hotel is busier.

Best courses close to Norwich are Royal Norwich (cracking course but not much "club" atmosphere), Eaton (nice little course and club and very handy if you work in Norwich - not that cheap though) or Barnham Broom (Valley Course). Not played the new course at Sprowston Manner but they have spent a lot of money on it so may be good.
