agree with much of what you said but I don't think

some of the players are playing as if their Championship status depends on it. Also, I hear the Doc getting his usual dose of stick but for me the wink link today (and he has been most of the season) is Shackell. He is not a quality centre-half and the second goal today was set up by his pathetic header. Martin Taylor's header in the same position would've reached the halfway line (as would Malky).
