I've thought of a brilliant TV reality show that combines

BB, London's Burning and Casualty.
Torch the BB house, watch the London fire brigade battle to save them, only managing to save one and then watch the emergency theartre in the local hospital battle relentlessly to save aforementioned housemate, narrowly failing to prevent an agonising death.
It's a winner, no doubt at all.
