Ryan, Ched, Patty.
He's also getting the best out of fozzy and Russell.

Compare that record to Grants, and his squad to Peter "no one wants to loan" Grant and there is the reason he's a good manager.

Make no mistake we had a poor squad, he's got the best out of some, and made important signings to cover the rest of the dross.
He's done EVERYTHING we could reasonably expect, and still you prefer to moan and snipe.
To be honest, i find it rather pathetic.
Pants is right, just bloody apply yourself, get it over with and give us all a good laugh.
