When was there last such a managerial cock up as yesterday, it would have done Hamilton proud.

To play dion, hucks, ched and cureton in the same team is ludicrous. Dion is 39 and has many attributes but his legs are gone, hucks can be deadly with the ball at his feet but is basically furniture the rest of the time, ched is an out and out striker and curo is a fox in the box type striker who is sharp against big central defenders but he has no pace and he never has had any stamina. In practice it meant we were playing 424.

Rusty and patterson didn't play badly in the circumstances but were hoplessly outnumbered in midfield. Everytime they tried to press the ball in midfield it was passed round them and left an acre of space behind them, hence the 5 or 6 one on one that the scum missed.

Hucks didn't touch the ball for 30 mins and curo achieved nothing. Why the f didn't roeder change it then? He had gibbs on the bench or push bertrand in midfield and bring mo on.

In a game where a point would have been a good result, probably putting us safe and ending the scums playoff hopes there was a case for playing 451, maybe having lost fozzie he didn't have the personnel to do that, but 424 was a joke. Even worse it was against the scum, everyone knows the way to beat them is to crowd them out in midfield, they are so 1 dimensional if you close them down in midfield Charles will be king before they score a goal.

My opinion of roeder has taken a real knock and he could at least apologise.
