You're wingers played incredibly far up the pitch, virtually in a 4-2-4 formation whenever you gained posession. Unfortunately for you, when your central midfielders/full backs won the ball they just weren't adept enough to play accurate balls to those strikers/wingers, which resulted in you losing possession frequently and having half your team up one end of the pitch.

We played on that well, finding Haynes and Walters frequently, but it was a fairly basic error IMHO.
