Again (assuming your latest draft covers all of OG's concerns), why

publish something that is encouraging people to 'raid their piggy banks' - your first post today - asking them to read something that cannot possibly be factually correct?

I know you keep saying it is 'beta' - but you have published it now, so people will already be forming their opinions of your scheme. Those opinions are drawn not only from the site design but also the content - content by your own admission is useless.
