Sort of techie help, which would be appreciated anyone.........

On my computer this morning there have been loads of Anti virus adds, spy & addware adds poping up all over the place. So much so that it's impossible to do any work. Also now the same in the tool bar area.
Ive been into add/remove programs. There is somthing there called
OSCE-MSI-NT-CLIENT when i click on it to remove it shows id as being TREND MICRO. It then sais i have to put in a password in order to remove. ( obvioulsy i cant remove as do not have password).

A. Is this the cause of all the crap on PC and causing it to run at less that half speed.?

B. If so is there an easy way of getting rid of it.

I'm not that techi so any help would be appreciated.
