Derby County WTF is going on?

I just looked at theb stats for todays game.

They only used one sub all game (50th min) but were 1-0 down in the 56th minute.

Why the hell didnt they bring on Earnshaw or other subs and actually "go for it" considering they have nothing to lose.

It makes zero sense, they cant score for s**t and look like they dont care either.
I guess its a big "f**k you" to their travelling fans.
