with Palace, Sven said he would still consider him even though he was in the Championship. If in that season Jamie Cureton had scored a goal, would you have been arguing he should be being picked for England because he is in the same league as A Johnson? No of course you wouldn't.

He is being picked on reputation AND form. I think you know that.
