Bristol City manager Gary Johnson:
"It was a fairytale finish, because Steve (Brooker) has been through an 18-month battle against injury and only just returned from his loan at Cheltenham.

"Everyone at the club knows how hard he has worked after two knee operations - and this was the perfect reward for him.

"The game could have gone either way, but we kept going to the very end and now sit top of the Championship with just five games left.

"We are the team everyone has to catch, and it was a terrific boost to clinch a victory that ends our run of five games without a win."
