I hope it's more than that, but is it in our interests to say so if it is? Hell, no. The potential price of a replacement will be commensurately bigger if the selling club know we got 2mill and not 1 mill.

Let's hope it's much bigger and the press keep reporting it much less than it is. It might be that small, but at this point we know it's (a) more than Pompey thought they'd get him for and (b) what Worthy and the board think he's worth. Which is good enough for me. We just need a decent replacement now...
