Only if you live in towns / cities

They haven't yet got permission to modify local exchanges, I enquired last week and was turned down. Instead of paying £46 for Sky TV, £16.99 for my phone and £16.99 for Virgin Internet, the whole TV, Phone and Broadband package is £46 with Sky. Would have made a nice monthly saving, that - enough to more than pay for SkyPlus and / or the extra room thingy.
