Guns don't kill people, people kill people.

Unless it's a gun in a cellar by itself and the tradesman goes down to the cellar and a mouse knocks the gun so it is pointing at the man's hair. Then the gun goes off by itself.

That is the only instance when I can think of a gun killing someone.
