But of course, why not say good things about the guy who has just scored a hat-trick. I mean, if I got a hat trick for norwich and then saw my manager having a pop at me instead of praising me I would be really enthused too....

As for him being critical all the time, maybe thats why he has been s**t at all his previous clubs after having had a good start. Grants constant bashings did a really good job for us too, especially for jamie - if you remember....
