It's always a good idea to find out if you can the shelf life,

most reputable shops will know and should be able to supply you with a production date. It's amazing how many people i've dived with who have bubbles coming out of the HP hose and just ignore it or say, "it's just a few, it wont matter!" If there's bubbles coming out at all there is a problem. You trust your life in this kit and if there is a problem then you want it sorted right away!
