Not this year's rule changes

But next years rule changes regarding aerodynamics will ake overtaking a lot easier.

And if last weekends shenangians are anything to go by, this year's rule changes have put more emphasis on driver skill, and less on bank balance of the teams (although I appreciate there is still a HUGE gap between the haves and the have nots)
