My only two speeding offences were exactly that

37 on Dereham road coming into the city after picking my mate up for a sunday morning game, both around 9:20.
Touch irritating but there you go.
If i'm firstly stupid enough not to check my speed, and secondly stupid enough to pass the same camera that caught me 2 years ago doing more than limit I deserve what i get.
