when you say "the fact that Daley made the bench instead of Henry rather disproves the theory that Roeder had an obligation to play the premiership kids."
Vs Stoke, the squad contained Pearce, Camara, Evans, Bertrand and Gibbs. So Daley made it ahead of Henry simply because Roeder wasn't allowed to include another loanee.
And the fact that Henry has been recalled by Reading after not being involved rather proves that Roeder *did* have an obligation to play the premiership kids. Otherwise they go back.
