When i was told we'd be using them, I thought 'this could be interesting', or something very similar!

Having used them for the last 2-3 months, I've been pleasantly surprised at how good they are.

Now I have a twinge of an East Anglian accent, but when Indian typists can understand you far easier than their West Yorkshire counterparts, then something is very wrong!
