Techie help. Flash Player

I've been trying to load flash player so i can use the bbci player.

It keeps telling me it's installed but when i go back to the player it's says i need to install it.

I've tried changing the security settings and other things from the adobe site but nothing makes any difference.

The anoying thing is, i had it before and it worked fine.
