I had some tense moments with Eliot for a big US broker, he shafted them for about half that. If only I'd known who else he was shafting ... I'd have taken him outside for a quiet chat and everyone would have hailed me as a miracle worker. Actually, first I would have agreed a fee based on a % of the amount under $600m (which was what they were expecting) I could negotiate with ES.
