Don't panick Captain Mannering

Why is it always the managers fault or the players fault?

Perhaps it is the fickle pessimistic fans fault and the negativity they bring to this message board and to the terraces.

Only a couple months ago we were nailed on for relegation with a clueless nob for a manager - We have now got Glen Roeder who has turned the club around in a very short time with a very very average squad.

He has already said he wants to change 15 or more players so lets give him a chance to build something beautiful.

If anyone needs a good kick up the arse and a good moan at then it is the board members who constantly exclaim ' We have no Money' and then exclaim 'We have sold 18'000 season tickets'

Lets hope they back Mr Roeder with some decent hard cash and forget about the 3 months extra wages and actually allow him to sign some players well before the end of July so he can bed them in the team, so the old usual NCFC excuse of 'The player is still settling in'j ust will not wear and we get off to a good start to next season.

Get behind the team, get behind the manager and keep the pressure on the board to actually invest in the bloody team.
