like it was an unrocoverable situation because you think he was so enept that he's completely ruined everything

Yet at the same time, you think we should be winning and if Roeder doesn't get results he should resign

You can't have it both ways, and if you do believe what you do about Grant, then you should be a bit more patient and more understanding to our plight instead of nip picking at every single fault you spot
